The most important part no designer may highlight or specialize in is how important aging in place is. 90% of the population wants to stay at home as they age and they want it to be their space. Eileen Gould is dedicated to making homes user-friendly for people aging. With age, more than trends, comfort, and accessibility are what matter most.

Today, ageing in place is more important than ever. With the baby boomers reaching retirement and downsizing we are seeing clients downsizing and some need to stay in their homes, but find it not efficient for their needs anymore.
Some of our clients are finding it hard to climb their stairs and we are retrofitting their downstairs bathroom and guest rooms if they have them to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
